UNLIMITED REALITIES

Unlimited Realities are a New Zealand IT company with a focus on World Markets. Best known for their Fingertapps™ innovative  multi-touch software, Unlimited Realities now works across a range of technologies and platforms with a core focus on best-in-class user experiences. The Unlimited Realities PABX system was not coping with the company’s growth. The old PABX technology was inflexible and “behind the times” for a leading edge technology company.

Unlimited Realities had a clear list of requirements for the replacement system; one important requirement was to deliver phones to each member of their growing software development team. Netfone’s “Softfone” application was the perfect solution using existing PC’s and Head-phones as the “Phone” – now everyone in the company has access to a phone at low cost. Office staff use the latest IP Telephone handsets.

REMOTE OFFICES

Unlimited Realities were in the process of establishing a Wellington branch office. They wanted the Wellington phones to be part of the head-office PABX so calls could easily be transferred and inter-office call costs eliminated. Netfone is designed to enable National PBX systems, with free calling between extensions, so this was easy.

NETFONE GRAPHICS

Netfone needed some up-market graphics for our Netfone Web-portal, so the talented Unlimited Realities design team via Trio Technology Ltd came up with some cool concepts. You can see their great work every time you log on to the Netfone portal to manage your calls, lines and PABX configuration.

 PRESTIGE LTD

Prestige  are a primary contractor to Housing New-Zealand. They manage building-related work throughout the central North Island. Staff  employed exceeds 400 people.

Prestige needed a cutting-edge and cost-effective phone system to assist them through a period of very rapid growth.

We rolled out a Netfone system to their Head Office and their five North Island branch offices.

In an average month Prestige handles over 12 000 calls and we supply call statistics and graphs to allow Prestige to monitor the load on the global receptionists and ensure calls are answered in a timely manner.

All senior staff have been issued with “Direct Dial” numbers – so that customers and suppliers can ring directly to a deskphone.

Prestige use the Netfone “Conference room” facility to hold weekly branch managers meetings. The conference room allows outside callers to be included in conferences.

SOLUTION INTEGRATION LTD

SIL provide outsourced “Virtual” Accounting functions to selected companies. They also deliver CFO services to these partner companies.

Netfone deliver telecommunication services to both SIL and their clients, enabling calls for the  ”Accounts Department” to be automatically forwarded  to the SIL office.

As Accountants, SIL did not want to invest funds in outdated PABX technology. The Netfone Cloud solution was exactly what they were looking for – a high-end PABX function, Cloud Control and no capital outlay.
